Joint Health and Safety Committee

The Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) supports a safe and healthy workplace by bringing together worker and management representatives to identify hazards, review safety concerns, and promote continuous improvement in safety performance.

Workers are encouraged to report hazards, incidents, or concerns immediately through established reporting channels, including their supervisor or standard reporting systems. The JHSC serves as an additional avenue to surface ideas, perspectives, and observations, helping ensure that safety items and improvement opportunities are heard and addressed.

Committee members meet regularly to review workplace safety topics, discuss trends, and support ongoing hazard identification and risk reduction across the site. Employees and contractors are welcome to reach out to the committee co-chairs listed below to raise questions, share feedback, or bring forward safety suggestions.
